What I WILL draw:

By commissioning me, you accept the Terms of Service (ToS) listed below. I am not responsible for any violations and reserve the right to refuse refund if the terms are violated.

1) I reserve the right to deny or turn down any commission if I feel the need to do so.

2) General commissions must have a pre-made reference of some kind unless discussed beforehand

• Picrews, dollmakers, and other pre-made character creators are acceptable with minor changes

• Without a reference, you must order a custom commission

3) There is no set time frame for me to finish these in as of now. This will be updated when I have set one. For now, I complete them when I can.

4) Commissions are for personal and non-profit use only (unless negotiated otherwise). Do not use any art from me in commercial outlets. If you do, I will no longer accept any commission requests from you, and you will be blacklisted from ever receiving art from me again.

5) Commissions are always available for full refunds unless you violate the ToS. If I have already started, I will refund you for the work not completed.

6) Sketches (and flat color if applicable) will be provided for your approval and feel free to let me know what you would like tweaked.​ Any changes to the piece must be made during the sketch approval phase.

7) You are allowed one major edit or resketch per piece. Afterward, I will charge extra for any other major edits.

• Examples of major edits include: changing more than 50% of the composition, pose, or piece; asking for a different character instead; redoing the entire sketch; changing a full background; and more

8) Prices may be raised for heavily complex or detailed characters, or for complex scenes.

9) Payments must be made upfront or I will not start your commission - no exceptions.

10) Payments are taken in United States dollars (USD) through most payment sites (including, but not limited to, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo).

11) All works of art will be posted on my social medias unless requested otherwise. Links to your social media will be added if provided.
